Theme: Osteoarthritis Research in Ireland: Impact on Patients, Practice and Policy
This symposium was held on February 27th 2026 in the Strand Hotel Limerick. It was a dissemination event for the Health Research Board funded IMPACT project (IMPlementation of osteoArthritis Clinical guidelines Together) and showcased the research conducted on the GLA:D® Ireland project based at the University of Limerick over the last number of years. Details on the event including a policy brief launch, photos, speakers and agenda can be found below.

GLA:D® is an evidence-based 8-week structured exercise and education programme that has been implemented in 11 countries across the globe.
